Our Founder

Founder-High-Hawk

Stephen has over 30 years of experience in medical devices and life sciences. Most recently, he served as Investor, Chief Sales Officer, and EVP of Commercial Operations at Kerecis, helping raise over $100M, drive an average 60% CAGR, and lead to the company’s $1.3B sale to Coloplast. Previously, he partnered with SteadMed’s founder as Investor and VP of Commercial Operations, and spent 17 years at Smith & Nephew Wound Management in various leadership roles, including VP of Sales East. An NCAA lacrosse athlete, Stephen holds a BA in Business Administration from New Hampshire College. He lives in coastal Rhode Island with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children.
