
Stephen DiBiasio Bio
Stephen has more than 30 years of successful medical device and life sciences commercial experience. Most Recently Stephen Served as an investor, the Chief Sales Officer and Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations for Kerecis. Stephen worked with the founder from early 2019 to raise over $100m through venture capital, private equity and private investors and build out the companies ambitious commercial strategy. Stephen helped make Kerecis the fastest growing Regenerative Therapies company in the world with an avg of 60% CAGR since he joined until Y/E 2025. Stephen was instrumental in the companies successful sale to Coloplast for $1.3Bn.
Before joining Kerecis Stephen worked with the SteadMed Founder with fund raising and to establish SteadMed as an industry leading Med-Tech company focused on disruptive surgical and wound products. Stephen joined SteadMed as an Investor and VP of Commercial Operations.
Prior to SteadMed, Stephen had a very successful 17-year career at Smith & Nephew Wound Management, a global $4b medical device company. He served in a variety of leadership roles, including most recently as Vice President of Sales East, where he was responsible for more than 90 employees and $100m in revenue. Stephen was also an active participant in Board level meetings and was involved in new product launches, acquisitions and divestitures.
Stephen was an NCAA collegiate Athlete playing Lacrosse and received his BA in Business Administration from New Hampshire College. He and his wife, Jennifer, have two children. Stephen resides in Coastal Rhode Island.
